The Almería coastline covers a quarter of the Andalucian coast. It is a coast full of cliffs, creeks and salient which have allowed the bursting in of the villages with their white houses that try to make room in the immensity of the sea. Agua Amarga, a calm and quiet place, is one of them.
In this old town of fishermen there is still a warm and comfortable environment. It is still possible to forget the time and take a walk in the shore of clean creeks that get lost in the infinite skyline.
Although the tourist “invasion”, which it isn't excessive, this town of Almeria keeps its traditional architecture with very clean facades, as immaculate as the transparency of the water. There is a creek in the town, which is about 800 meters and it is a great place to start a long voyage around the beautiful beaches and creeks.
It is possible to go by car to the beach of Plomo taking the boulevard called the same. Chippings and fine sand goes with the sea. It is unfair the name given to the beach of the dead. If you go there you will prove it.
